Foreign Client Revisits Hengchangsheng, Inspects and Tests Equipment On-site to Confirm Procurement Intent

Last Thursday, a foreign client who had previously purchased multiple pieces of equipment in bulk from Shenzhen Hengchangsheng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. visited the company on-site once again. Out of recognition of the company's product quality and services, the client made a special trip to conduct on-site equipment inspection and testing. The range of equipment the client intended to purchase was extensive; in addition to the core product—excavators—it also included small vehicles, pickup trucks, motor graders, as well as various types of construction machinery parts and accessories.

After guiding the client on a field visit to the used excavator market to ensure they fully understood the equipment performance, our team accompanied the client to a Great Wall Motors 4S store to assist with the selection of the required pickup truck models. The staff engaged in thorough communication and confirmation with the client on every detail, from the vehicle color to various configuration parameters. Eventually, the client verbally confirmed the procurement intent for 3 pickup trucks and 1 used excavator on the spot.
