Unplanned Customer Visit for Inspection of Caterpillar 320D Excavator

On Tuesday afternoon, a group of customers paid an unplanned visit to our on-site facility to inspect the Caterpillar 320D excavator. Due to the sudden arrival, the technical staff of Shenzhen Hengchangsheng Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. made immediate rush preparations, and the customer arrived at the site almost as soon as the equipment was started.

It was nearly 6 p.m. by then, and constrained by time, the customer was unable to conduct a detailed inspection of the equipment on this visit. They then proposed to come back with two colleagues the next morning for a comprehensive and professional equipment inspection. After confirming the specific time on the spot, the customer left the premises.

Our company has made full preparations for the equipment inspection the next day. The technical team will conduct a comprehensive debugging and check on all core performances and component conditions of the Caterpillar 320D excavator, ensuring to present the actual working conditions of the equipment to the customer with professional and meticulous services, and assist the customer in making an accurate inspection and judgment.
